GPI’s technical support team has decades of experience in the home and commercial building inspection industry, contracting, and other areas that enable them to provide the support you need when you encounter something unusual or unfamiliar during an inspection.
Available seven days a week, this team of experts is only available to GPI franchise owners and their employee inspectors. They are here to answer any questions you have, and you can reach them by phone, as well as email or text them a photo of something you are unsure about.
GPI’s technical support team also holds occasional webinars to help franchise owners stay up to date on new or changed building practices, as well as offer short refresher sessions for franchise owners and their employee inspectors.
