GPI’s National Accounts Department works to win commercial inspection contracts throughout Canada and then refers those inspections to the local GPI inspectors.* This offers you a tremendous advantage over individuals working independently or with other franchisors that are solely home inspection companies.

The reason we are so focused on growing our national accounts business is that these accounts translate to increased business for our franchise owners. Typically, a client will need inspections at multiple locations throughout a region or even the country. If they need an inspection in your area, we will contact you for the inspection — and this could translate to increased business for you.

* We cannot guarantee that every franchise owner will receive referrals from our national accounts department, nor can we guarantee a number of referred inspections. However, we do actively seek new commercial accounts in all areas and regions.
